Step up your cake decorating skills in this brand new class. In Cake Decorating Advanced children will make premium cakes such as vanilla sponge or Red Velvet, they will decorate their cake boards for professional presentation. Over the four days the children will learn and practice advanced piping technqiues and use a higher quality of icing to create more intricate shapes for decoration. Children will bring home two cakes during the week. 🎂 What you’ll learn: 🍰 Work with different icings – Buttercream, fondant, and royal icing 🛠Use essential tools – Smoothers, cutters, nozzles, and more 🌸 Decorative techniques – Create flowers, models, and intricate designs 🎨 Add color, glitter & embellishments – Make your decorations pop ✨ Design stunning cake boards – Complete your creations with flair No experience needed, perfect for those who have already taken our Cake Decorating course. Just bring your creativity and sweet tooth! Join us for a hands-on course that’s as fun as it is delicious!

FOOD & DRINK:
All students should bring a packed lunch, please ensure this is NUT FREE and no glass containers. Squash, water and biscuits will be provided during morning and afternoon breaks. Children who join us for our “Breakfast & Tea Club” will also need to bring their own packed lunch, nut free and no glass please.
