Take your sewing skills to the next level in this hands-on, four-day course designed for those who have mastered the basics of hand sewing. Whether you're new to machine sewing or looking to refine your skills, this course will give you the confidence to sew, design, and create your own garment! 🧵 What you’ll learn: 🖇 How to use a sewing machine – Gain confidence with stitching techniques 📏 Sewing in a straight line & zig-zag stitching – Master control and precision 👗 Using commercial patterns – Learn how garments come to life ✂ Pinning, cutting & assembling – Construct your own project 🧶 Fabric knowledge – Learn how to choose and cut the right materials 🧥 Make a simple garment (e.g., a skirt) – Bring your design to life! Each student will have their own sewing machine and a spacious work area to practice and create comfortably. Perfect for those with some experience or more—book early to secure your spot!

FOOD & DRINK:
All students should bring a packed lunch, please ensure this is NUT FREE and no glass containers. Squash, water and biscuits will be provided during morning and afternoon breaks. Children who join us for our “Breakfast & Tea Club” will also need to bring their own packed lunch, nut free and no glass please.
PAYMENT NOTES:
- Card payments made over Stripe will be subject to a booking fee incurred by the platform fees and Stripe fees.
