Step up your cake decorating skills in this brand new class. In Cake Decorating Advanced children will make premium cakes such as vanilla sponge or Red Velvet, they will decorate their cake boards for professional presentation. Over the four days the children will learn and practice advanced piping technqiues and use a higher quality of icing to create more intricate shapes for decoration. FOOD & DRINK:
All students should bring a packed lunch, please ensure this is NUT FREE and no glass containers. Squash, water and biscuits will be provided during morning and afternoon breaks. Children who join us for our “Breakfast & Tea Club” will also need to bring their own packed lunch, nut free and no glass please.
